Lotus Notes to Outlook

Lotus Notes to Outlook software provides an instant migration solution to export your tons of data files from Lotus Notes to Outlook PST or Exchange Server platform. It even ensures safe-and-secure data migrations without disturbing the integrity of the items (like emails, meetings, schedules, attachments and events) from the original files. And this tool can be used with the latest versions like Exchange 2019, Notes 10, and Outlook 2019.

Dual-Migration Mode

The software uses dual-migration mode to facilitate smooth and precise data migration solution.

Standard Mode

Standard Mode is suitable to convert NSF files directly to PST files/Exchange Server. It even allows you to convert Domino Server files to Outlook PST files/Exchange Server with complete ease and data accuracy. Also, you may add as many files as you want, using this migration mode. This mode is even integrated with Preview option to view the data items before saving them to desired platform.

Advanced Mode

Advanced Mode is ideal to migrate multiple NSF files to PST files and Exchange Server in a single go. To perform this action, user first needs to create CSV files while describing the three important columns (File Path, Saving Path, and Saving Location) to carry out the migration process efficiently.

Note: If you want to save NSF files in PST format, then provide the valid location on your hard disk drive in the saving option column. However, if you wish to save the files in Exchange Server, then you need to enter authentic Exchange Server credentials (including Exchange Server IP, User Name with domain and password) to achieve successful the migration results.

Why choose this Lotus Notes to Outlook software?

The tool helps you directly export NSF or Domino Server files to Exchange Server platform without any difficulty. It even supports the migration of Unicode characters for flawless migration results.

This NSF to PST converter helps to export NSF files to one or more PST files. You can split the PST file at the time of saving to save the data in multiple files of user-defined size (between 100 MB and 10 GB).

It gives you the freedom to migrate as many files as you want, within a single process. The option to migrate multiple files concurrently, not only makes the migration process effortless, but also saves a lot of time. The batch migration makes use of a CSV file for this purpose.

Lotus Notes to Outlook provides various saving options to securely restore NSF files to HTML, TEXT, and RTF (low and best quality) file formats. These two saving modes (HTML and TEXT) are proven to save the data at faster speed compared to RTF file format. The quality of output determines the speed of the migration.

The tool is integrated with smart filters (like Set Date Range (start date and end date) and Exclude 'All' folder) to let you migrate those specific items to the desired destination, without falling in any difficulty. The software allows to include or exclude specific items in migration. You can also choose to selectively mention and exclude particular folders from the migration.

The software embeds a 'Search Domino Server' button while performing migration of Domino Server files using the standard mode. It allows you to quickly find the Domino Server in the network for faster and smoother migration results.

The intuitive GUI design of the tool provides clean and self-descriptive environment to perform the entire conversion process in a few simple steps. No specialized expertise is required to operate the tool, which makes it even convenient for the non-technical users to convert the files without any additional assistance.

You could open and view each & every item of NSF and Domino files within the software interface, through the preview facility. This option is really helpful, when you want to export only specific files to PST files or Exchange Server.

The software supports all versions of Lotus Notes (IBM SmartCloudTM Notes®, IBM® Verse,10, 9.0.1, 9.0, 8, 7, & 6) and Domino Server (10, 9.0.1, 9.0, 8.5, 8.0, 7.0, 6.5, & 6.0) to convert their files to various Outlook versions (Office 365, 2019, 2016, 2013 (32 bit / 64 bit), 2010, 2007, 2003, 2002, 2000, 98, & 97) and Exchange Server (2019, 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007, 2003, 2000, 5.5 & 5.0).

It's available on free demo version. It intends to facilitate better understanding and analysis of the tool to its users, before making the purchase. The trial version also features preview facility (only for standard mode) to view the items of specific files, before saving them. However, this evaluation version has the restriction to save only 10 items/ folder to Outlook PST file. Unlock the saving restrictions by upgrading to licensed version.
